Elizabeth Langer, DPT

Physical Therapist located in Paoli, PA

About Dr. Langer

Dr. Langer is a graduate of Widener University where she earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy.  She received her Bachelors of Science degree in Science with a Psychology minor from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck, NJ.  She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and is always learning better ways to help patients.  She is currently working on a certification from the Postural Restoration Institute, along with attending other courses that peak her interest on a regular basis.

Liz served on the pro-bono clinic board for the student-run Chester Community Therapy Clinic for her three years of grad school, aiding the underinsured local population.  She has clinical experience working in acute, inpatient, home health and outpatient settings.  Her most memorable experience was in Belize, focusing on conservative/non-surgical care with a multidisciplinary approach, treating pediatric to geriatric clients, who have neurological, orthopedic and cardiopulmonary conditions.

As a former Division I soccer player for the Fairleigh Dickinson University Knights, and as a general fitness enthusiast, she truly understands and enjoys therapeutic treatment of the human body.  After experiencing an ACL injury, volunteering in a nursing home running a morning exercise program and then caring for her grandfather after an orthopedic injury, she developed a desire to pursue a career in physical therapy.

Outside of Aligned Medical, Liz enjoys quality time hiking with her dog, serving at a local restaurant, attending concerts, anything active such as weight lifting and aerial yoga, cooking spicy foods, and traveling.
